Because many of the products featured on this site are sold through third-party affiliate partners such as Amazon, refund and return policies may vary based on the policies of the retailer you purchased from.

Returns for Affiliate Purchases

If you purchased a product through a link on MycoBrew.coffee that directed you to a third-party retailer (such as Amazon),
please follow that retailer’s returns and refunds process directly.

We do not process returns, exchanges, or refunds for products purchased from third-party sellers.


Direct Purchases from MycoBrew

If you purchase a digital or physical product directly from MycoBrew.coffee, our refund and returns policies are as follows:

  • You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required to complete a return or refund request.
  • Refunds, once approved, will be processed back to your original payment method.

Shipping Returns

If you are returning an item purchased directly from MycoBrew.coffee, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as coffee that has been opened)
  • Health and personal care items
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Gift cards

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.
